How We Operate

Recognizing the danger of poverty to the society and the plight of the poor and vulnerable in our society, J&J in line with the sustainable development goals has developed three intervention projects through which we provide support for indigent children, widows, orphans, refugees & other marginalized group:

  • Educational Support Projects (ESP): Through these projects, J&J initiate and implement projects that helps indigent children have access to quality education. We provide scholarships & educational materials to indigent children. Also, empower teachers in rural communities and provide educational materials and support for schools in disadvantaged communities.

  • Employability & Empowerment Project (EEP): Our Employability and Empowerment Project is focused on providing indigent youths and adults with vocational and employability skills to enable them secure decent job and economic life in accordance with SDG:8. Also, we provide business training and start-up grants for business women to help them scale-up their businesses. The aim of this project is to empower the poor and vulnerable to be able to provide for themselves and contribute positively to the economy of the nation.

  • Health Support Project (HSP): Our health support project creates awareness on existing health challenges in the society and how it can be prevented. Also, we provide free medical services: such as medical test, diagnosis and drugs to the poor. Also, we run campaigns on HIV and provide mosquitoes nets for people in slums and rural areas to help curb malaria.
